Rules for the return or exchange of goods

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to return an inappropriate product or exchange it for another within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

A good quality product is a product without defects, with intact packaging, which for some reason did not suit you.

Return or exchange of goods of good quality is made if it has not been used, its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved. In the event that the product of proper quality succumbed to mechanical stress, exchange or refund will not be made.

The procedure for exchanging goods of good quality:

The buyer has the right to issue an exchange of goods or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Exchange of good quality goods is carried out within 10 days from the client's request, subject to the availability of a similar replacement product. In the absence of a similar product for replacement, the client has the right to purchase another existing product with a recalculation of the cost, exchange the product for a similar one at the first receipt of the corresponding product for sale, or for a refund.

In case of exchange of good quality goods, delivery is carried out at the expense of the Recipient. In the case of a refund for a good quality product, only the cost of the product is refunded, excluding delivery.

The procedure for return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality:

If the client receives a product of inadequate quality, he has the right to issue an exchange of goods or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

When contacting, you must describe the reason for the exchange / return, attaching detailed photos of defects in proper quality to the message.

Exchange of goods of inadequate quality is carried out within 10 days from the client's request, subject to the availability of a similar replacement product. In the absence of a similar product for replacement, the client has the right to purchase another existing product with a recalculation of the cost, exchange the product for a similar one at the first receipt of the corresponding product for sale, or a refund. In case of exchange of goods of inadequate quality, delivery is carried out at the expense of the "From Ukraine" store.

Confirmation of the fact of the order can be a consignment note from Ukrposhta (or another), a receipt for payment of the goods. (Any mail carrier is obliged to issue it to you)

How the refund will be processed:

The funds will be transferred to your card within 1-2 business days after we receive the refund. To transfer funds to you, we need your card number and full name.

All actions on our part cannot last longer than 14 days from the date we receive the return.
